Glazed Venison
Recipe:
8 venison backstrap steaks
Glaze:
6 tbsp Forage Blackcurrant and Apple Glaze
1 tbsp Forage Orange Preserve
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
Pan-fry steaks for 2 minutes each side. Remove pan from heat, pour over combined glaze ingredients, allow to rest for several minutes. Transfer venison to warmed serving plates. Place pan back over heat until steak juices have blended with the glaze ingredients. Pour over steak.
