Apple Glazed Poussin
4 Poussin
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper
4 tbsp Forage Organic Apple Glaze
500gms Spinach
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Arrange Poussin on oven tray and pour over wine. Season and roast at 200°C for 45 minutes
Wash and dry spinach - heat pan and cook the spinach in a tablespoon of Olive oil for 1 minute.
Assemble poussin on a bed of spinach to serve
